Terms of Service

The service

tweaks.cc (“we”, “us”) is an AI search engine for Figma plugins, Framer plugins and Framer components. You describe what you need, and we return up to five ranked results with links to the maker’s listing on Figma Community or the Framer Marketplace.

The index is built from publicly available listing data and from submissions by makers. Results are suggestions produced by search algorithms and, in Smart and Workflow modes, by a language model. They can be incomplete or wrong. We do not review, endorse or guarantee any plugin or component we link to.

tweaks.cc is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Figma or Framer.

Accounts

• You need an account to search. Sign up with an email address and a password.
• You must be at least 18, or the legal age to enter a contract where you live.
• Keep your password private. Everything done through your account, including spending credits, counts as done by you.
• Accounts are personal and cannot be sold, assigned or transferred.

One account per person. Each account is registered to, and may be used by, one natural person only. You may not register or hold more than one account, disclose your credentials to any other person, or permit any other person to access or use your account, whether or not for payment. Use of a single account by two or more persons, including within a team, company or agency, constitutes a material breach of these terms and is treated as fraudulent use of the service.

Consequences of shared use. Where we determine, acting reasonably and on the basis of sign-in activity, usage patterns or other evidence available to us, that an account is being used in breach of the preceding paragraph, we may suspend or permanently terminate that account with immediate effect and without prior notice. All credits remaining on the account at that time are forfeited, and no refund, credit or other compensation is owed in respect of them or of any top-up made to that account, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. This is without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to us.

To close your account, email hello@tweaks.cc from the address on the account. We delete it as described in the Privacy Policy.

Credits and payments

• Prices are in euros. €1 buys 5 credits, at any amount from €5. There are no plans and no subscription.
• A search costs 3 credits in Fast mode, 6 in Smart mode and 12 in Workflow mode. The cost is shown before you run a search and is deducted when you run it.
• If a search fails on our side, the credits for it return to your balance automatically. You pay only for searches that return results.
• Credits never expire. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred, resold or exchanged.
• We may change prices or the credits a mode costs. Changes apply to future top-ups and searches; we give notice on the pricing page and, for material changes, by email. Credits already on your balance keep their value in credits.
• Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy is the seller of record for the transaction, issues the invoice, and its buyer terms apply alongside these. Customers outside the eurozone see a converted amount at checkout.
• If a payment is reversed, disputed or charged back, we remove the credits from that order and may suspend the account until the matter is settled.

Refunds

Unused top-ups. A top-up is eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase if none of the credits from that top-up have been used. We refund to the original payment method, less a €2 processing fee that covers the payment provider’s non-refundable transaction costs.

Used top-ups. Once any credit from a top-up has been spent on a search, that top-up is no longer refundable. Credits are consumed the moment a search runs, and the service has been delivered.

How to request one. Email hello@tweaks.cc from the address on your account with the order number from your Lemon Squeezy receipt. We confirm eligibility against your credit history and issue the refund through Lemon Squeezy. It may take up to 10 days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.

After a refund. The credits from the refunded order are removed from your balance.

Failed searches. Credits for a search that fails on our side come back to your balance automatically and immediately. That is a credit return, not a money refund, and it does not affect the refund eligibility of the top-up.

If we shut down. If we discontinue tweaks.cc, we refund the unused credits on your balance in full, without the processing fee, at the rate you paid.

Fraud and shared accounts. No refund is owed for any top-up made to an account that is suspended or terminated for shared use, fraud or another material breach of these terms, and the credits from such top-ups are forfeited as described under Accounts.

Chargebacks. Please write to us before opening a dispute with your bank. Most issues are resolved within a day. A chargeback on an order whose credits were used is treated as a reversed payment under the section above.

Nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• scrape, crawl or bulk-query the service, or access it with scripts or automated tools other than a normal browser;
• copy, redistribute or resell the index, the results or any part of the service;
• reverse engineer the service or try to bypass rate limits, credit checks or access controls;
• submit queries that are unlawful, that contain other people’s personal data, or that try to make the language model behave against its instructions;
• share an account, let anyone else use it, or use the service on someone else’s behalf as a paid service (see Accounts).

We apply rate limits to keep the service fast for everyone. Requests over the limit are rejected and do not cost credits.

Third-party content and intellectual property

Plugin and component names, descriptions, icons and screenshots belong to their makers or to Figma and Framer. We show them to help you find the right tool, and every result links to the original listing. If you are a maker and want your listing corrected or removed, email hello@tweaks.cc and we will do it promptly.

The tweaks.cc name, design, code and ranking are ours. Search results are for your own use; you may share links to individual plugins freely.

You keep any rights in the text you type into the search. You give us permission to process it to run the search and to improve ranking quality.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep tweaks.cc available at all times but cannot promise it. We may change, pause or remove features, and we may retire catalogs or modes. If a change makes credits you already bought unusable, the refund section applies.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. For material changes we email account holders in advance; continuing to use the service after that date means you accept the new terms.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is”. Search results and language-model output can be inaccurate, outdated or incomplete. You decide which plugins to install and are responsible for checking them before use.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for fraud.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using tweaks.cc at any time and close your account by email. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, after notice where practical. Credits on an account closed for breach are forfeited; credits on an account we close for any other reason are refunded as described under Refunds.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. If you are a consumer in the European Union you also keep the protections of the mandatory law of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim there.
