How much does a search cost?
Fast 3 credits (€0.60), Smart 6 credits (€1.20), Workflow 12 credits (€2.40). Every search deducts exactly that amount, and your balance is shown before you run it.
Is there a free plan?
No. Every search costs credits, and the first credits come from a €5 top-up.
Do credits expire?
No. Credits stay on your balance until you spend them.
Is there a subscription?
No. You buy credits when you need them. Nothing renews and there is no monthly charge.
What happens if a search fails?
If a search returns an error, tweaks.cc puts the credits for that search back on your balance automatically. You pay only for searches that return results.
Why is the minimum top-up €5?
The payment provider charges a fixed fee on every transaction. Below €5 that fee would take too large a share of your money.
Can I pay in another currency?
Prices are set in euros. The checkout shows the amount in your local currency at the current exchange rate, with no extra conversion fee.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, within 14 days of purchase, if none of the credits from that top-up have been used. We refund to the original payment method, less a €2 processing fee. Top-ups with any credits spent are not refundable.
How do I request a refund?
Email hello@tweaks.cc with your order number. Refunds may take up to 10 days to appear on your statement.
